1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReplyMate ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReplyMate provides AI-powered automated responses to Google Business Profile reviews. The Service connects to your Google Business Profile account and generates personalized replies to customer reviews using artificial intelligence.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring review responses comply with Google's policies
  • The accuracy of your business information provided to the Service

4. Subscription and Billing

ReplyMate offers paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent review responses
  • Violate Google's Terms of Service or Business Profile policies
  • Circumvent any rate limits or usage restrictions
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses will be perfect or that the Service will be uninterrupted. You are responsible for reviewing auto-posted responses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any review responses posted on your behalf.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
