ReplyMate ("we", "our", or "us") operates the ReplyMate service accessible at getreplymate.app (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register, we collect your email address and create a secure account. We do not collect passwords directly — authentication is handled through Supabase's secure infrastructure.

Google Business Profile Data

When you connect your Google Business Profile, we access the following data through the Google Business Profile API with your explicit consent:

• Your business name, location, and Google Business Profile details
• Google reviews posted to your business listing (text, star ratings, reviewer names)
• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens to maintain your connection

We use this data solely to generate and post AI-written responses to your reviews on your behalf. We do not sell, share, or use your Google Business Profile data for any other purpose.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the dashboard, for the purpose of improving the Service.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the ReplyMate Service
• To generate AI-powered responses to your Google reviews using Claude (Anthropic)
• To post review responses to Google on your behalf when you enable auto-posting
• To manage your subscription and process payments via Stripe
• To send you transactional emails related to your account and service
• To improve and personalize your experience with the Service

4. Google API Data Use Disclosure

ReplyMate's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We only request access to Google data that is necessary to provide the ReplyMate Service
• We do not use Google data to serve advertisements or for any purpose unrelated to review management
• We do not allow humans to read your Google data except to provide the Service or for security
• We do not transfer Google data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting your Google account from the ReplyMate dashboard or by revoking access through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Upon account deletion, we delete all associated data including Google tokens, review data, and generated responses within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ReplyMate:

• Supabase — Database and authentication (Privacy Policy)
• Anthropic Claude — AI response generation (Privacy Policy)
• Stripe — Payment processing (Privacy Policy)
• Google Business Profile API — Review access and management (Privacy Policy)
• Vercel — Hosting and infrastructure (Privacy Policy)

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage of OAuth tokens, HTTPS-only communication, and row-level security on all database tables. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Revoke Google access at any time through your Google Account settings
• Export your data upon request

9. Children's Privacy

ReplyMate is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
